The manager Luis will reply quickly and Chris will help you with passion, but the whole store is too busy or their efficiency is too low. i need to wait for so long to get my lease, contract, etc. done, which is annoying because nobody want to spend that much time in the office.

Brought car in for oil change. Dealership asked us to approve maintenance for problems they claimed to find on my car. We declined and checked for the claimed issues independently - none of the claimed issues were present. Will not return.

Service rep was good to deal with - she gets 5 stars. But when there is a recall from the company and we are expected to leave the car at the dealership, it causes inconvenience. The least we expect is a ride offered in both directions if we are forced to leave the car for 4-5 hours. I was offered ride only one way and had to pay $25 to Lyft to come back to pick the car - not at all acceptable.
I had a great experience working with Edwin at Capitol Volkswagen. Super easy to communicate with, always responsive, and just handled everything the right way. You can tell he actually cares about doing things properly and keeping things smooth from start to finish. Everything seemed to go fine. Didn't get much feedback from the service manager. A piece of trim or molding has come free...I think it's for the passenger seat hinge mechanism.

I had a mixed Experience. The car I found there was nice and in my budget. The sales person was pretty nice and helpful. But when it came to negotiating the interest rate ( I had a pre approved loan rate from the Redwood Credit Union, they denied me that rate. Edwin is very responsive friendly and patient. I didn’t feel any pressure in nothing this car. Process was semi electronic to accommodate my busy schedule.

Average experience - Been waititng weeks for the contact for replacment key. The gave me only one key which was super loose and they refused to fix it or replace it. I have to pay around $250 to get a good working key however after multple emails I still don't have the info to get a key. The current key they provided is on its last leg. It is going to break any moment
Ended up driving over 100 miles to purchase my Ford F-250 at Capitol Ford. I spoke with several local dealerships before ultimately choosing to make the drive, and I’m glad I did. While my experience was top notch, I want to give special recognition to my salesman, Robert. Texted several times over the course of a week or so. Solid and clear communication and was never pushy in providing answers to my varied questions. I highly recommend Capitol Ford, and suggest you speak with Robert when visiting the dealership.

Absolute fantastic experience. We were able to do most of the work while I was 200 miles away. So by the time I showed up we were only at the dealer for about 2 hours. With two young kids and a wife who want to go to dinner, it was absolutely amazing for us to be in and out so quickly.

Edwin is an excellent salesman. Polite, knowledgeable and not pushy, which was greatly appreciated. The on constrictive criticism for this dealership is that I had to ask the finance department/ manager for the paperwork. They did not give me a hard copy. I received an email after I requested the paperwork.

Overall a great experience at VW, our sales person Pablo I think was his name he was great, financing department as usual and just like any other car dealers try to persuade you into buying those worthless warranties (stay away from those) but overall all good I will definitely buy again from DGDG as we always do.
Through the Costco Auto program, I was able to get an affordable starting price on my new car. Aaron was my auto dealer and he was tremendous. He was professional, answered all my questions, didn’t try to “up sale” me at all. The price he gave me over the phone was the same price on all my paperwork. And in the end, that was my biggest worry going into buying a car for the first time in 15 yrs. Huge thank you to Costco for having this program and a huge thank you to Aaron for making the process seamless.
Uwanah was responsive and got right to the point on pricing, offering an excellent deal. When I came in the price had changed from agreed, but they offered a very strong value for my trade-in, so I stuck with it. Overall, I don't like the bait-and-switch, but the overall value was solid and everyone was friendly and welcoming.
